Does the KBO Preseason Matter?

Here are the final standings of the KBO League’s preseason each year.  I have input each ballclub’s regular season finish in parenthesis so you can make an anology whether Spring Training games matter.  Note that the Korea Baseball Organization initiated preseason games in 1983.
